We actually stayed at no 2 but exactly same house. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and well layed out and the balcony made up for the lack of garden. It's location was perfect for all of Polzeath amenities and beach. We would definitely have a return visit to the Navigators but perhaps not during half term. It would be nice if sometime in the future the access road would be tarmaced to keep the dust down.
