        Claimed to have delivered my parcel to next door neighbour despite me being in all day (work from home), no idea why it wasn't posted to my address. The parcel has either been stolen or never even delivered, now I have spent weeks trying to get a resolution from Fedex with no help at all, Absolutely ridiculous

        Claimed to have tried to deliver my parcel, caught on camera, 1 min from turning up to driving off! No chance to answer the door, put a card in post box, parcel sent back to supplier? Despite my neighbour being in the garden when he turned up? Totally unacceptable.

        One week late, parcel sat in there depo, with no attempt to contact me for redelivery. Said they tried to deliver to my shop, when I was in there, no card. My mobile number is in all 4 windows. Arrived today box all smashed open. Mentioned it to driver, response " it's only a box" with fragile across it. Shame I have to give a start. Totally disgusting service would never recommend
