        Good service, the chips have worked in my printer and they have good customer support. However the chips are way too expensive and I was able to buy extra high yield (6k) compatible cartridges cheaper (60) than the combination of chip and toner from tonertopup (48 for 3k yield). Forking out 38 for the black chip alone with only 3k yield was ridiculously expensive. Lesson learned so I probably won't use them again unless they drop their prices but I can't see that happening. Do check if your combination of chip and toner is good value from tonertopup compared to other suppliers.
