I have just been on the Mental Health Awareness and Mindfulness CPD with Sharon. As a subject close to my heart I was eager to do this course and I wasn't disappointed. It gave me a better understanding of what Mental Health is and how to help those with it. The way Sharon structured the day was perfect, time in the discussions and breakout rooms was great and meeting the others was lovely. The information given was just the right balance and it has inspired me to further my knowledge with the Mental Health First Aid certificate. I feel so much more confident with talking to people about the issues they may be experiencing and offering them the best support I can. While I have not been able to join the sessions evey night those I have joined have given me a way of finding peace and feedom from anxiety which has been a real problem for me recently. Occasionally I felt there was too much talking rather than focusing but this would be my only criticism. Thank you both for guiding me and I look forward to the next series in September

Completed the online MHFA with Wellbeingmind in the last 2 weeks. Sharon is a highly knowledgeable, capable instructor who takes trouble to make the delegates feel comfortable with the topic. She guided us through this sometimes sensitive area with skilful aplomb. Value good too and I feel very happy to be a MH First Aider trained by Sharon. Thank you!

I wanted to know more about mindfulness and mental health a the subject I felt is very important due to many serious events which has taken place all over the world and is effecting peoples minds, health. This course did not disappointed. It gave me a better understanding of what Mental Health is and how to help those with it.
