If I could put a minus star I would - we have paid 35k to this company to install a biomass boiler - what a hell of a journey it has been, it doesnt work, its constantly breaking down, hasnt been installed correctly - its a constant battle to get them out to site, they send individuals who have no clue what they are doing - they left me and my children with no heating in December 22 when temperatures reached -9, they walked away with no care whatsoever. They are now ignoring our calls. Please please please do not use these cowboys - they have totally ripped my family off - they are an absolute disgrace. They have left us in a complete mess. They have had their money and run!

CPSL have provided an excellent attention to detail on helping me as a homeowner and not a large business with a repair to an existing charging point. The engineer turned up both times as promised and on time (rare for tradesmen recently that I have experienced). I was kept informed of what was happening and what was needed. Superb customer service
