They Cancelled my sons birthday treat duo massage appointment due to staff illness which can't be helped. Hower the dates I could do they couldn't and then we finally sorted a time slot at around a month after initial booking which wasnt great as its way beyond sons birthday by then. only to realise that it wasn't even rebooked in as a duo it was booked seperatley one after the other. I tried to call numerous times and nobody answers the phone also emailed. I have emailed requesting a refund of my deposit and i have not heard a thing back. Not experienced any delay in correspondence from them before, but since I asked for a refund I have not heard a thing. Really not any spa etiquette I have ever experienced. Won't be booking ever again, should of just stayed local at the raddison.

had a fabulous day from start to finish. each member of staff was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. the spa itself is absolutely beautiful and so tranquil. I enjoyed a spa day, so I decided I would spend the morning by the pool, enjoying the sauna, steam room, hot tub, water jets, heated loungers, and a swim. for lunch, I was booked in for afternoon tea, and every bit was mouthwatering. Then, for the afternoon, I enjoyed my treatments. The therapist who did my treatments was amazing. she made me so relaxed and comfortable and did an amazing job. I honestly cannot recommend stocks hall spa enough. I will definitely hurry back again. thank you to the whole team, especially my therapist.
