        As some others have said, do not deal with these rogues. We ordered some new windows and paid a deposit. They did a survey of the windows and said they would be ordered. This was last year. Since then we have heard nothing and emails and phone calls have not been responded to. This has left us 4,000 out of pocket. I have tried issuing a CCJ but this has been returned as they do not appear to be in business any more. Buyer beware.

        I have bought windows from Marvin on four separate occasions over the last 15 years (no I'm not a builder!). I have never found aluminium clad, solid wood windows of this quality at a remotely comparable price. The patience and attention to detail was excellent throughout the ordering process. We did recently suffer delays to one delivery during Covid, but Marvin was up front and transparent about the situation, which is more than I can say for most companies during the pandemic. The warranty is excellent and they were quick to attend to a couple of minor issues over the ten years. Painting was perfect and available in any colour match. I can't comment on installation as our own builders took care of this.
