I can say without a doubt that Hilton is the best car dealership I have ever used. All my family have bought their cars from hilton and we have never had a single problem. All were very well kept car and Hitlon has always been responsive and helpful with all our requests. I also want to meantion that we all bought our cars on credit and Hitlon Financing Plans were a godsend here also. Over all 5/5!

We purchased this car from Hilton in August and I must say this is the worst company we've ever had to deal with. The car arrived to us with engine management lights on the dashboard, the cruise control was broken, rear wheels were on back to front and the AC wouldn't work. The car had only 2 months MOT and the service light was on. We later found out that the car hadn't had a service since 2019. We took the car to VW who gave it a once over for us, and they found the car had no break fluid whatsoever and worst of all, had been in a serious accident on the front passenger side of the vehicle. We contacted Hilton to rectify these issues as we had paid extra for extended warranty. They declined to have any work done on the car for us even though we had this in place.Their customer service is horrendous and we tried and tried to get in touch with the manager for support with these issues to to avail. His name was apparently Jay but he never called us back despite all the contact we had tried to make. Luckily we had a finance company involved In purchasing the car and they sent an independent mechanic to look it over. He was appalled, agreed the car needed to be returned and so the finance company collected the car and returned it to Hilton after three long months of trying to sort this. We still to this day haven't had an apology from anyone at Hilton Car Supermarket either. I wasn't going to leave this review but browsing cars today my husband found our car back up for sale. Its only been back with Hilton a few weeks and I can guarantee the car still has all the issues it came to us with. Buyer please beware! We all work so hard to earn money to purchase nice things and this company absolutely does not deserve anyones hard earned cash. Hilton you should be incredibly ashamed of yourselves.

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I purchased a car from the Amersham branch 7 months ago. The salesman Harjit Rai was very quick to call me at every opportunity pre-sale, as soon as the sale was made, he became impossible to get hold of and would never return calls or emails. The car had a sat nav card that was registered to another car and didn't work, one of the tyres had a slow puncture, there was only one key, there was no V5 document, the vehicle was untaxed. The manager Chris Dunn promised in writing to order a new sat nav card and post it to us, they also promised to refund the tyre replacement upon proof of receipt. Chris left the company and the CEO Jay Sing promised the same refund/replacement within 24hrs, 7 months have gone by with endless calls to the branch and nobody will respond to us, we always get the same message from staff that the manager will contact you back by email, but he never does. Wish we had taken note of the many of the bad reviews on Google. Be warned!

A friend of mine reccomended Hilton Car Supermaket to me and he told me it is the one place in London to buy a high quality, well maintaned used car. Now that is a strong steatement but boy was he right. Not only did I found the Range Rover I wanted for a price I never thought was possible, but they also took care of the whole process to. I highly recomend it.
