Horrible and disgusting service. Would not recommend this place at all. The lady booked me in for Sunday to which I gave a reasonable amount of notice and then rescheduled the appointment for today and then she made my disabled and diabetic mum wait over 30 mins to book the massage. Not only that, but she was incredibly rude and couldnt even offer a goodwill gesture. Terrible and disgusting service. I will be putting this over my social media as well. If youve booked this place I highly suggest you get a refund and go somewhere else. Even the staff members are rude and kept saying its not their fault when they couldnt be bothered to put this on their system! You saying you booked it in for the following week is not good enough. I clearly confirmed to your therapist what date and time I wanted and she clearly misunderstood. The fact that you were so rude to my parents when they were there and then refused to talk to me on the phone is evident of your horrible service. Dont try and make yourself look innocent by saying were trying to scam you when I paid for the service in FULL before the treatment. Horrible service. You also didn't refund me back to the original card payment which shows how incompetent your service is.
