        Extremely rude, the guy literally just hung up when I asked whether I can pre book a cab for the weekend. Customer service or what!

        I had a bad experience with this company. Booked a cab and got a text to confirm the booking. Pick up time arrives, no cab. I phone the office. They don't give me any information, they just transfer me to the 'head office'. It goes to voicemail. This happens twice more. I tell them, please dont transfer me. I just want to know where my taxi is. The guy says I'm just the call centre but I can see your taxi has been cancelled. No explanation, no apology, no help. And I missed my train as a result. Thanks very much.
