I have been with edwards fitness for about a month now and I can honestly say the results that I am seeing are incredible. I had a clear vision on what physique I want to achieve, and to have healthier eating habits. Will sat down and created a bespoke healthy eating plan for me to follow, discussed at length my likes and dislikes and provided me with diet plan that was easy and simple to follow. I am also having personal training sessions with will @ Olympian fitness. Not having much experience within the gym, will made me feel super comfortable and really went into depth about how to use all the equipment to maximise every session we had. Im excited to carry on this fitness journey and achieve my end goals! I couldnt recommend will highly enough.

Did legs with William Edwards recently an it was EPIC,I really learned alot,he kept me foucused an motivated the entire work out, knows all the machines an all the movements, he really incoraged an inspired me, William Edwards is a Great personal trainer,an also helps me with my diet,Thank you.

William trained me for 2+ years when I was a beginner and really got me building my physique early on. With Will I really got my pump on and got pushed hard in my workouts. The workouts were personalised and results were clearly observed in the areas Id hoped. He also gave me great dietary advice and great tips on my form that I still use today. Thank you Will! Could not recommend more!

I have known William Edwards for approx. three years through my time at Olympian Fitness. During that time I saw and spoke with Will and understood he is a very well disciplined person who genuinely has a career interest in health and wellbeing. Coming out of lockdown in April 2021 I requested a diet and workout plan from Will with intention to stay on plan for 3 months to see how it went. Writing this is today am down from 79kg to 63kg, a difference of 16kg (purely fat loss). Not only that but my body has completely changed in appearance for the positive. Will has researched bodybuilding and been a part of that world a long time and is truly a master and very knowledgeable. To his credit he builds a plan around your work and personal life, one that guarantees success. The workouts are well thought-out and the diet is built on your preference food. I couldn't be happier with the service, with daily communication through Whatsapp. I am still on a paid plan with Will and will be for the foreseeable future and there is now a lot of potential we can see, which previously I imagined was unachievable. Thank you Will for what you have done for me. Final note for people who are thinking of having a coach; pick the right one for the long-term, one who will teach you a new lifestyle not just starve you for a few weeks and then after its done you go back to how you were before. Accept that good coaching, workouts and diet will require you to spend money, but it'll be worth it. William is a great coach and unless you're lazy and/or cannot control your food intake then I don't see how you wouldn't succeed with his guidance.
