Today I called this store to ask if they would accept someone who needed a telephone interpretor and the lady on the other end was so abrupt and rude . 0 points for Customer Service over the phone.

I have been registered with this optician for the last four years and have found them to be very efficient and truly professional. Examination is always thorough and end of it they will give their advice, not trying to sell you anything. Even after buying specs or lenses, one can visit them many times, free of charge, till you are fully satisfied. They provide excellent service at all times.
