Went for a personal shop to get advice on pushchairs and other baby essentials as first time parents and felt extremely uncomfortable with the assistant. We asked questions but she looked at and answered back sarcastically. She didnt have much knowledge on the products and when we asked her to show us how the cot lowered she sighed did it without explaining what she was doing. We had to tell her that we'll have a look around and well let her know if we need her help. We then walked out the shop. We didnt get her name as she didnt introduce herself but was talking with her colleagues when we walked in and made it seem like we interrupted her.

The staff at there.....really hopeless.....waste of time going there....

Not a great experience for a click and collect order here. Ordered baby clothes online and had them delivered to the Hayes store. Staff did not know where the order was meant to be collected.. was sent to 2-3 different tills. In the end someone was able to bring me my order and even then it was not in one package, they were handed to me as single items in a brown bag. Never experienced this before in any store.. so just stick to your parcel being delivered to your home address!

Me and my husband went for our personal shopping and we were served by the lovely Tihesha who was amazing. She made the whole process smooth and easy and answered all our questions as first time nervous parents. Really hope management can read this message and give her appraisal! Thank you
