Worse experience ever at the store, much better at the Uxbridge store, not to be rude myself but as I dont know his name the big fella attitude is just rude and unhelpful, like he couldnt give a care in the world and the way he spoke to his colleague I personally wouldnt put up with someone I work with taking to me like the way he did.

Absolutely top class Customer Service. Went in to upgrade a very old phone. Advisor in shop very knowlegeable and extremely patient helping us change over my data etc Manually ! You know who you are Manuel, thank you so much !

Went in the store twice in 2 different days, both times same guy and same answer our system is down at the moment come back later or another day. Colleagues sitting on the corner and talking to each other like they are came for outing. It feels like they dont want to surve. I Will never come back.
