        Would give 0 stars if I could!! Manager has a disgusting and extremely poor unprofessional manner doesn't know Consumer law and tries to demoralise customers also refuses to deal with customers at all!! Please avoid this store if you don't want to be overcharged and have payments taken from your account for more then what you purchased they then refuse to refund the difference

        Today morning I went to sports direct, Hayes. I purchased 2 tracksuit bottoms as there was a sale of "Buy 2 for 55" so I bought 2. The cashier then charged me 60 + 1.50 for a bag. I paid this amount in cash,and then within a few minutes (without leaving the shop) I realised she charged me 5 extra. When I went and asked the manager about it, the lady said she won't give a refund and she could give a voucher and how the system has changed prices but she forgot to change the labels as she was busy gossiping. She was talking very rudely to me. I asked her for her name and she refused. If anyone knows pls let me know as have her picture. I will report this to sports direct
