They supposedly sent demandes for Service Charge and Ground Rent to the correct address and though
they maintain that they have proof have not been able to produce any.
Result expensive court action, waste of time and man power,waste ofcourt time which could have been used to convict the criminals ofHayes Hillingdon, Making it a more desirable place to live.
AND according to some members the Residence Association it is a quite common occurence.
