Western Timber Merchants

I found Western Timber to be excellent. Very difficult to get hold of them on the phone though. But once you get through you get the answers you want and the price is cheap as chips ! c60% less than well know Highstreet brands. Went down to the store to place my order and make payment. The staff although very busy are polite and very friendly. I asked for recommendation for a roofer and they happily gave me numbers of people they recommend. the roofer came out next day, quoted and started the next day. The wood arrived the next day as promised. They even phoned a few times to confirm time of delivery. Yes, they are very busy but if you get through to them its well worth the wait and the savings are huge.
