I can say they are all very good people and very helpful they are. We have lived in their property almost 4years. Any time if we have any problem in the property they do fix the problem very fast. I can say all people if anyone want to get property just don't think very much just go with them. I can highly recommend TOMKINS DAVIS

We had a great time being tenants with TomkinsDavis. The team are all extremely professional, responsive and friendly. Our stay at the property was very pleasant and this is largely down to TomkinsDavis. Special thank you to Richard who looked after us from the first day we viewed the property, he is a total gentleman and always went above and beyond to help us with everything, he is a star and TomkinsDavis are lucky to have him as part of the team, a top guy!

So lovely and helpful people. Renting a flat nowdays is so complicated and stressful but with TomkinsDavis it was really easy and I did not feel stressed as they always supported us and reassured. We found a lovely place in Hayes and started the paperworks right away and it took around 2 weeks from the first viewing to getting the keys! I can only recomment them as we have only positive experiences. If there is any maintenance enquiry they act very fast and every support is available and they make sure you are comfortable in your new place. If you need to phone them they always answer. I hope to live in this flat for a couple of more years.
