        Not reliable, the owner of the shop hardly cares for his customers. I, as a customer forced myself to give him some business because I like to support small business. I wouldnt bother to go back again to this shop. Complete waste of time. They feel irritated with questions on products and quality. I purchased all my bathroom units from this shop with very minimal information or clarity on the products. 1.5 years gone now, I am suffering from all the broken, not working products.

        Be careful of Richard the smooth talking owner. He will take your money for a faulty product with a friendly attitude and play dumb afterwards. Please take your businesses somewhere else.
