        I am happy with the service Dimple has provided. We got a fitted wardrobe in one of our bedrooms. The quality and workmanship are very good.

        Had cupboards fitted last year. One of the mirror doors had a chip and was taken back for a replacement. Since then, haven't been able to have it returned, lots of chasing and empty promises to begin with and now no response at all. I will get the door replaced locally which will add to the cost and time. I honestly don't think this business cares about its reputation - the cost of a replacement door is minuscule considering I had 4 sets of cupboards fitted last year. Overall quality is definitely poorer then when we first used the company 5 years ago. I rarely leave reviews and this is my first bad one. To summarise, zero aftercare and below average quality.

        Terrible company and customer service. I have been waiting for a small job to be completed since November last year. I have constantly contacted over WhatsApp and email, but receive false promises on when the work will be completed. I have taken days off work in order to let them into my house and complete the work only for them to become non-responsive days before and not show up on the agreed date. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Not worth the price you pay
