Worst experience ever, rats roaming around even though I told them number of times. The regional manager was rude over the phone to me. Over crowded place with limited car space. The shutter and the lift breaks down most of the time.

Very rude store manager pratik I came into store and and I was asked to give cash to reserve a unit that was a garage size, also the price was very high compared to others. I was under the impression I dont need to. Something didnt feel right. He was very rude and refused to let me talk to anyone else, there was a lady instore who he wouldnt let me talk to. I asked for head office number and he refused saying I dont need to contact them and he offered me first four weeks for free as long as it was cash only.
