They wanted me to pay off my contract to get an engineer out. Washing machine was brand new when I purchased it and only two yrs old. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!

Do not use this company..
my fridge freezer stopped working, so i called them up.for putting in a claim and the remaining monthly instalments for the year upfront. so they want 156 for the future monthly payments upfront before sending out an engineer to have a look at it. I might as well add some money to that and get a brand new fridge freezer with 3 years warranty from somewhere else ...RIP OFF!!!!!
