We saw Hoss today who gave great service and showed us around a few homes in the development. Showed us more than what we came for which gave us opportunity to broaden our choices

The whole company has a bad culture. Sales team is lovely but they push you to buy the "last available properties" when there are still better options to be sold but not in their time line just yet. They say it is selling fast and it is not. After buying the property, the after sales team makes little to no effort to help you solve the problems in the flat. And there will be problems. When we did the viewing we specifically asked the sales team about sound proofing of the flats and they ensured us it was great. They lied. We have been experiencing noise nuisance and Fairview refuses to solve the problem and tried to blame the residents creating a bad atmosphere between neighbours. If you are thinking about buying with them, think twice because what they offer is different to what they deliver. Service: Home building

The reviews speak for themselves. If I could rate this a minus I would! Young, unprofessional youths work there. They don't know the basic customer service/communication skills. I had made an enquiry on Wednesday I had no problems to view the property on the same day or next however, Shareeka wanted it booked for Saturday. Bearing in mind emails are all copied and paste on the other hand, when you would like a few questions answered no response via email. I took over an hour travelling to the destination, I even called mentioning I will be a few minutes late and Herbert stated "no problem". Again unprofessional over the phone. The sales consultant was fully aware, that I was ready to place my deposit down and get the ball rolling! Upon arrive I didn't even sit with Shareeka the sales consultant who initially booked me in for everything. Moving us from chair to chair to sit and speak with her colleague Herbert or Holbert whatever the young chap is named. Whilst Shareeka was speaking and laughing around with another colleague at the back. For him to tell me the property I travelled and booked for a viewing was "reserved on Friday" Honeslty, this is where basic customer service and most importantly innovative kicks in, Shareeka Batty should of called me on Friday or Saturday morning to let me know the property is now reserved and off the market upon further notice. Instead of wasting time! Time is money. No other options was available also, I wasted pretty much my whole morning for a bunch of "untrained sales consultants" I will never invested with a company that are unorganised, unprofessional and useless bunch of young staff members that clearly needs ALOT of training! Sort your staff out! Lost an investor!
