        Great training for both guys and gals, with an experienced Krav Maga instructor who always makes sure the sessions are suitable for everyone from beginner up to more advanced. Great class with great people, no egos just everyone training hard together.

        Cannot recommend Total Krav Maga enough. The friendly atmosphere, highly skilled instructors....so many great things to say, such little word count! I've trained with MJ for around 3 years and she is a fantastic instructor who always challenges and supports you no matter what. I look forward to my dose of Krav Maga every week! Dee

        The training with TKM seems very good and effective especially in a non-rules based street fight or crime scenario. If you want to be prepared for real life crime scenario, this is the place to join. Its a no nonsense rigorous course. Krav Maga training also helped me in enhancing fitness, strength necessary in many sports and helpful in every day life as well. Since I joined TKM I learned lots of things from Israeli Self Defense thanks to instructor Martyna
