The men that train here are serious but the some particular women are just there for attention and think they are there for a hip hop music video audition. I personally dont find half clothed naked sweaty body all of the equipment pleasant or seeing squats done in see through primark leggings in my face very nice. Theres needs to be a bit more gym etiquette enforced. Space to move can be a problem in this gym very compact setting but overall its a great gym for people that are focused only on their goals

Great place to train . Loads of champion bodybuilders there too .Also great personal trainers are there to help you to get fit and strong.

Would give this place a zero if there was an option. Full of apparent corruption, bullies and steroid abuse. The staff and owners apppear to condone bullying and harassment against vulnerable members. Peoples cars get smashed at that place and lives get out at risk. When they speak up to raise awareness vulnerable members get attacked in that gym. Please only go there if you want to be back at a high school again.
