1. They failed to deliver the shipment on time and keep me informed of their scheduled delivery of my goods. Vague responses whenever I called to ask about whereabouts of shipment
2. Shipment arrived nearly TWO MONTHS later than promised
3. Some goods were MISSING and a large number of boxes were broken with goods inside DAMAGED
Unreliable, irresponsible company to avoid at all costs.
