Wanted to buy two items one damage one perfect condition I asked for some discount so amalia(manager !)not being in a good mood looked tired and over worked refused to give discount this is the first time Im seeing and hearing that an stained or damaged items cant be sold to customers (which can be under no refund or return policy) my experience getting worse and worse each year unfortunately so disappointed I wouldnt even want to come and spend one penny In future in This store any more good luck Amalia.. well done by losing customers horrible customer service always long queue and slow stuffs always in grumpy mood no sense of customer service whats so ever ..

Worst customer service today, I bought Levi's sun-glass. on the counter, the pretty cashier firstly was not overwhelming in her verbal sense when I paying for goods. she sounds irritated! secondly she just handover glasses without a case. She should have known now we provide a case on a counter! third, she gave me a case that is not a Levi's one & which is not an issue. lastly when I polity asked do you have the same brand case; her reply was no we do not have & not a good tone at all! In the end, we saw the manager & asked he was good with the response & said we should have cases; I believe him coz we noticed they have many glasses in the same brand! another girl next to the manager agreed to search for us; & here's the best part while she was searching. the second person serving next to the cashier & herself said something to her; I noticed. finally, she came with some random boxes & said, unfortunately, we do not have them. which is acceptable coz said politely. even tho they had it & do not struggle to search! might she must be thinking we want some fancy boxes! I kept what the very first cashier gave me! & we don't understand why the guy cashier next to her(cashier) was looking at us strangely too! we did not complain just calmly asked. i understand the workload; but we did not feel good this very first time!
