an appointment was made for a regular check, scale and Polish, was given a next Day appointment, seen by the dentist who done the check only and refused to do the scale and polish despite being charged fully for NHS band 1 treatment which includes the scale and polish. not recommended and i will not return.

Many years ago Mr Magaziner was my dentist. I had booked some very costly treatment with him, but there were family problems and I had to cancel. He was furious and the next time I went to him with toothache, he pulled out two of my back teeth. A bit disastrous at the time as I was in my early 40s. The local area health authority got in touch with me asking me questions about the treatment that I had received. I phoned him and he told me to ignore it. Which I did. Later in the year one of my fillings fell out and I tried to book an appointment with him. I was referred to mr Gold, his partner at the time, who told me that I was not on Mr Magaziners books and to stick a bit of chewing gum in my tooth! I realised then that Magaziner had obviously claimed for treatment that he hadnt carried out and I so regretted not contacting the area health authority and answering their questions. He took me off his books for a good reason! I had to find another dentist, what a crook!!!
