Screen With Envy (Hayes)

This is the worst company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We ordered over 5000 of their prodcts over a month ago and have received nothing. While they admitted (after weeks of waiting) some of the items were delayed they offered the remaining ones could be sent out seperately but since confirming I wanted this to happen they are now impossible to contact. Phone lines are 'under maintenance' they never reply to emails and the live chat doesnt get answered. Do not order anything from these people. Judging by the state of the service this company provides and the seeming lack of employees they are not far from collapse and you will find yourselves as angry and frustrated as I am. They also do not show on the website that all the gates and fences come as individual panels and you have to put it together either yourself or pay someone to do it. For the love of god do not buy from these people. If I dont get a response I will be claiming the money back from my bank.

Order came broken. Two emails and no response. Email chaser sent again today. Tried to call and no one answers the phone. Says two minute wait and now after twenty five mins gave up. Eventually after many tries someone answered the phone. Maybe six attempts and its a foreign call centre with no access to the file and now promised a response in 24 hours. Dont buy from these people or be aware customer service is terrible and will waste hours of time chasing the Company. Now need a new screen and builder to come back and install it and will charge me for two visits and delay in completing the project so other trades had to be postponed. Shameful experience

These screens are excellent, they are easy to fit and look very classy and made my gazebo look very special.would recommend them to anybody, ordering some more soon.
