        very bad managment. After waiting for 2 hours we were told that we can not have an acount in this bank just because i cant speak very good english also spoke very rudely.

        This bank should closed down , full of crooks working there. Worse experience I ever had in this bank Southall branch lady Heena Patel she can go to any level to cheat customers. From last 2 months I am in problem. Barclays try to switch my account back and they dont let it happened. They breaking British law of banking .ombudsman have to take serious action about this soo called bank immediately

        Just been today to metro bank with my parking even though they have much staff but service is very slow and you have to be there for more time time and later they send you parking ticket with notice that you parked extra time as the assistant branch manager said me theyll remove so lets hope it gets sorted
