Sainsbury's Local

This is my local Sainsbury's and I shop there all the time. The staff, particularly the gentleman on the till, are always very helpful.

Store manager is rude. Ive placed 2 bottles of wine into checkout area, accidentally scanning as 3 bottles. Store manager decided to be cocky and approved 2 bottles as 3. When asked why Im being charged for 3 bottles despite clearly only 2 bottles in the bagging area - manager proceeded to argue and being sarcastic instead of assisting with the purchase. When asked to provide his name - he refused. Also refused to serve me. Avoid this store if you can.

Most of the staff mind their own business, but the new manager they hired thought that I was walking around their small store for too long and commented, "Are you going to stay with us then?". All while not realising I went to look for items in another store before returning back to the shop and I feel unwelcome. Not a nice feeling as I am sick and wanted to be left alone, like other customers and I was just looking for my medicines. Otherwise a good local Sainsbury's with a fair selection of items.
