Placing an order. Which provider ? Excellent products and service. Having made a decision to purchase a CCTV system we spoke to a few companies and carried out research on the internet. I contacted Securico and was connected to Chris Smith. Over the next couple of days, we spoke several times, as I had loads of questions and Chris had loads of answers. Quotations were provided, and amended, as we got to the full detail of which type of system we wanted. With my newly acquired knowledge of CCTV and the guidance Chris offered we were happy to proceed to place an order. An assist to the decision making was an interest free credit deal, but in truth I had gained a lot of confidence in Securico as a company from the dialogue with Chris, Thank you for all your assistance Chris, Installation. On installation day I did have to phone the Securico office to find out when the installers would arrive, as I do not believe I had been given an Indication ( My one and only problem !). The office were very quick to resolve my concern and advise the eta, which proved quite true. The guys involved with our installation were Was and Sunny, and we cannot praise them more highly. From the outset, they spent considerable time with us agreeing all the locations for the equipment and thoroughly explained all the required cabling. They work was exemplary, as was their tidiness. One section of cabling was always going to prove difficult, and was resolved with power line adapters. On completion of the install Was and Sunny spent time with us setting up internet access for us on several devices so we could the cameras, and showed us how to monitor the system and playback recordings. They then made final checks on the system and tweaked a couple of the camera angles. A huge thank you to Was and Sunny in enabling us to have CCTV installed so professionally, and what a couple of lovely polite, knowledgable and thoroughly professional fellows. Conclusion. It is early days in the life of my CCTV experience , but we could not have achieved a better result with the Quality of our system, the Ordering process and the Installation. Quote was relatively competitive, and information was informative; but the CONSTANT phone calls from sales is harassment. Sales person was told that I would be in touch should I wish to proceed; follow up calls are therefore not required. Many phone calls received. They have now stopped calling, but, for future reference, dont try to push your services down peoples throats. We all lead busy lives and having to deal with you became tiresome.

WARNING to other customers I got cctv from this company a year ago advised by the police for my safety and my kids safety everyday in the last 3 weeks Ive been getting calls on if I wanted to update my insurance and I didnt want it as I could not afford the 180 as I could not afford it being a single mother but a week later I had a visit from some one else to fix my dryer and he pulled the wires from the cctv box and I contacted the company to see if they could help me over the phone and some advice on how to plug them back in as there was a lot of wires with tape on them after a week of trying to get into contact with them they said send some photos of the box to them then I did that and they didnt even have the decency to look at the photos just told me for them to even look at the photos it would cost me 180 I would not recommend this company to anyone as I did not listen to my family about avoiding this company the only reason I used them was because I needed it in emergency and they had the soonest available time to come out Service: Security cameras
