        Lack of clarity both before the virus to present. Im not expecting any form of 'Micromanagement' but I think when things are brought to their attention or topics need to be brought to my/others attention then they should be dealt with accordingly (and a hell of a lot more effeciently). Otherwise, absolute fantastic use of the money you put in.
