        Popped in on Sat 18th March. My partner ordered a pint,I ordered lemonade, but changed my mind and said could I please have water. She had already given my partner his beer. She said to me hold on a minute... She then carried on serving other customers...after 5 minutes I said " excuse me can I have some water pls" again I was told to wait! Why ? Why should I wait for water, what difference if I had lemonade or water! I didn't care for her attitude. When I said" Why do I have to wait " She said stop shouting I was not. She obviously didn't like the fact that I picked her up on the fact she was making me wait... Clearly needs further training, certainly on customer service. Very unfortunate manner.

        Not the best pub I been in but nowhere near the worst. Friendly enough staff but the fruit machines are pretty dated.
