One MASSIVE minus is that many items are often "out of stock," especially what comes to the food.
Someone whoever is responsible for stock control and orders needs replacing as they clearly have no idea what they are doing.
I'm not going to buy something that I didn't want just because you don't have what I wanted! Oh well... Saves me money I guess... Get your act together!
