Enfield Post Office

This is my regular post office for many years. I m reading the reviews which really makes me feel bad for the staff members working hard at the branch. I would like to comment that they have been really helpful and efficient.They have been putting up with so much abuse and nasty behaviour.

My husband went to the Enfield town post office for a prepaid envelope and was given the wrong thing he then returned the next day to rectify it and was served by the same extremely rude English lady who had zero customer service she was awful we saw how she served other customers and was disgusted, And she is representing the Royal Mail says how bad things have got!! No name badges displayed. Her tone and attitude need to be addressed as a matter of urgency.

My parcel was held on to for 48hrs without an attempt to be delivered. When they eventually attempted i was never contacted via calls or emails. And it was returned as no answer because there's no one at home. What happen to safe poaches, contacting the receiver? Royal mail you need to go learn from Evri. I am highly disappointed that you could not deliver a simple parcel. Royal mail has the worst service. The very next time i make a purchase online and i see it's royal mail i will cancel that purchase for a refund to be made. Royal mail you don't deserve a one star because of this irresponsible act. You are not transparent.

I cannot describe just how useless they are within this post office. No one ever seems to know what they are doing and forget asking a question because they do not seem to ever have answers. I posted a few letters a few weeks ago, to my surprise the individuals who they were sent to informed me that they had to pay there local post office/Royal mail to receive there items because I should have had either more stamps or paid more. This was never mentioned to me when I was there posting. This has happened a few times and not only to me but to others that I know.

Disgusting staff members attitude. I wish I never stepped in that door. They ruined my mood for the whole week. Im speechless how theyre still working there.
