        They have a wide variety of equipment, from treadmills and ellipticals to weight machines and free weights. The gym is kept clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and the music is always upbeat. There is also a great selection of classes, including yoga, pilates, and spin. I highly recommend AVM Fitness for anyone looking for a good workout in a friendly and encouraging environment.

        Joined AVM Fitness at the beginning of 2023, standard new year new me situation, and signed up for some PT sessions with Antony. Having not done proper exercise in ages, I was dreading it but Antony has been great, patient and really made me feel like I have been smashing it. The atmosphere and community of the gym is also incredible and everyone makes you feel welcome. If you are looking to get in shape but are scared about taking that first step, I would 10/10 recommend getting in touch with AVM and go from there, you will not regret it!!
