Hannah Nail Salon tried to charge me 68 pounds for take off and redo acrylic nails. I did also have a design done but apparently they normally charge an extra 20 for a design. I was told I was getting a deal but when I questioned the amount she took 8 off, which still didnt add up and said I would know the price for next time. Very expensive nails for a very average set of acrylics! My friend also had a pedicure and was charged 47 when they barely touched her feet. Would definitely not go again or recommend.

I paid 45 to get shellac with acrylics, 2 days after getting them done 2 of my nails came off and basically my whole hand had started lifting where the cuticle of the nail is. I went to get them fixed and again after just 1 day one of my nails have broken off. In all the years of getting my nails done at different salons I have never had this problem. I'm really annoyed as I've basically paid 50 and my nails are practically falling off... 2 days later. Will not be going back here ever again. Service: Manicure

Quite disappointed. I walked in asked for one of my nails to be fixed as I got them done in same salon but one broke off after 3 days. I asked how long and Lady told me to wait 5 mins. She took much longer than that. She seated me and i just asked for a quick fix. I kept asking how much it will cost but she ignored and started filing my nail so I assumed she was fixing it for me for free as most places would. After she was filing she told me 4. I told her i assumed you are fixing it for me as you did not respond TWICE if there was a charge or not. She argued with me and said i never had my nails done in the salon. Luckily I had proof on WhatsApp messages and showed it to her but she then said my nails were never done in the salon! I said ok maybe your colleague? Its just not nice to act as if im lying and never came to the salon before as I did have my nails done very recently. She ruined the rest of my nail and I had to go home with it looking even worse. She told me bye thank you in a sarcastic manner. This is not the service or treatment for loyal customers. I work down the road and wont be coming again or recommending.
