Servicing Stop

STOP!!! The name says it all! Stop dont go any further unless you have deep pockets and enjoy being ripped off. Basically they collect your car for service, do a load of work without checking then refuse to return your car until youve paid. They are hard to contact and overcharge for everything especially their special oil. I cannot believe a company like this is able to continue trading. Disgraceful!!

Had mot and service to my car. The service and communication was excellent. The trouble started then they rang me with an outrages cost for 800...my car was running perfectly. Was expecting a few minor things the car was to be delivered back between 4pm and 6pm..its 8pm now and still no car. Don't even get me going about the telephones all there numbers are answering machines.would I recommend this company, I recommend you find somewhere else. Yes I'm

Avoid avoid at all costs. I paid upfront for minor service and my car was collected by the garage as promised, but I received a call from Chris pluck from service stop claiming he worked for the garage and he told me that a further 140 worth of work was required. I told Chris pluck that I didn't want this extra work carried out at which point Chris pluck told me 'ok that's fine your car won't be getting serviced today' and hung up on me! He then ignored my calls all day. Fortunately I managed to contact the garage who were absolutely furious at what had happened and they assured me that my service was done and my car would be returned soon. Which it was. Had service and mot , came home from work to find the electronic roof does not work now, have tried to contact them but impossible to talk to anyone, emailed them and said will get back to me within 5_7 days ..... Avoid this company, shocking customer service ,not one of there five contact numbers get you through to anyone.. disgusting

Booked to have an interim service and MOT this month, paid up front but when l got my confirmation email they wanted the garage too collect my car 25+ miles away. Well l wasnt happy with this as its a 50 mile round trip so obviously using extra petrol. Cancelled the booking straight away and straight away they took my payment of 89 from my bank 13 days later lm still too receive my refund. Cant get hold of them on the phone and the only way too contact them is through a chat line which too be honest l May as well be talking too a robot. Will not ever use again, if it seems too good too be true it generally is.
