Worse ever medical surgery. You literally struggle with receptionists to get an appointment with the GP. They dont accept telephone appointments and take 48hours to answer online requests. Sometimes they dont bother answering, when they do its normally to deny the face to face appointment so you need to phone them again or go in person to PLEAD for an appointment. Not a proper public service.

Amazing GP for me everytime we come the staff are helpful and easy access they very quick for respond..101% I recommend this GP

I got to say what an amazing GP, in particular front reception people, who are amazing on what they do, helpful, and always listen and solve any issues betwen Drs and us. A particularly thanks to the new and amazing Dr Katherine McWhirter who clearly identified our 6 years old chest infection by listening and realising possible Asthma and didnt hesitate given Asthma medications. Thank you Ashville Surgery team

Absolutely appalling surgery & doctors. Originally saw Dr Rashidy, with a couple of serious health concerns regarding an ongoing health condition. He told me he doesnt support anyone and told me he doesnt believe I am poorly due to being dismissed by a hospital. He talked down to me, shouted at me and tried to intimidate me. I complained. I then requested to see a female doctor so I could be physically examined due to a new lump. Dr Beech refused to examine me in person, and stated I would need psychological assessment before the surgery could offer any other services. I have never been spoken to and treated so appallingly in my life. Other reviews corroborate this. Completely and utterly unethical practise - should be closed down.
