So so impressed with the team here! Always helpful, but on this occasion helped by Ben who went above and beyond to help us find what we needed for our project. At the warehouse, we were greeted by Josh (and colleague whose name I don't recall), but we had such a lovely experience with friendly staff who checked all items and helped with loading. We have worked with Nina at Bathrooms by Design on several bathroom projects and would not hesitate to recommend her. Nina is professional, organised, her customer service is excellent, and is a pleasure to work alongside. The designs and visuals that Nina creates are beautiful and functional, always very clear, and they pay attention to every detail. Shes extremely knowledgeable about bathroom layouts, products and the quality of different brands. Her advice and aesthetics always result in a beautiful bathroom. We really enjoy working with Nina and we look forward to working with her in the future

Had bathrooms design with Nina. She did a great job designing our bathrooms, the VR and the app was really helpful to understand and visualise how it would look in the end. She was also really helpful throughout all refurbishment process. Really happy that we chose Bathrooms by Design and had Nina to help us throughout all process.
