        A fantastic place for a workout. I almost joined a year ago, but was put off by a negative review I saw here - very much regret that decision now. Ive been coming to the boxing classes since I joined around 6 weeks ago and love it. Good mix of technique, cardio, and fun. Have had great classes with all the boxing instructors (Adam, Vesna, Oli, Alfonso), who all bring different styles to their sessions. Friendly staff (including the owner!), clean facilities and perfect class sizes too. Wholeheartedly recommend Transition Zone!

        Gym was very clean, tidy, friendly helpful staff and fantastic instructors. Definitely highly recommend boxing with Richie Edwards ( N.Y Shogun MMA Champion ) and James Middleton for diet, exercise and weight training

        Location is great. The receptionist was lovely but the lady who runs the studio should recognise that every person deserves to be spoken to with grace and respect. It is not necessary to be rude or dismissive. The world needs more kindness. I love TRX but I value community more.
