Hugh and his team are amazing. Since we moved into the area, AR has done our Wastepipes, Boiler & Radiator installations, and installed an outside hot tap for the dog. Its always a pleasure to see Hugh and have a catch up. Last week my boiler was not working, Hugh took my call and walked me through how to do a reset. This didnt fix the problem but Hugh was round in a flash and identified the fault (which was caused by me!). All it cost was a cup of coffee! Thanks once again Hugh! Called a good few companies and these were the cheapest by 60 and the quickest. A lovely man named Hugh came. Immediately took his shoes off without me needing to ask. He fixed the problem extremely quickly, he looked at a few other issues I had around the house and gave me some great advice. A lovely person and a delight to have. I highly recommend!!!!

Called AR in the morning and Hugh came round to do an assessment on the day - he identified the problem very quickly (a slow leak on our 1st floor caused by wear and tear) and came back the next day to fix it - very professional, very quick and very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the Enfield area who might be having issues with their plumbing and heating. Service: Heating system repair

We installed a new boiler adding new radiators that weren't heating up, and for two years couldn't get them to work despite trying different things with our plumber to balance the system. Hugh managed to fix the problem by guiding me over the phone in less than five minutes. I asked him to visit the property to make sure the system is working as well as it can and found him to be friendly, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend him! Called Associated Response late in the afternoon as my boiler broke down and I am caring for my elderly mother. From Jenny in the office to Hughie and Jake who came to fix the boiler the next day they were professional, efficient, courteous couldn't have been more helpful.
