Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Agent never turned up to viewing and staff lied that she was just parking at the property. She cancelled 25 mins later stating another offer was accepted without bothering to tell us. Dont waste your time with this company - time wasters and dishonest

An outstanding service. Adam was super organised and efficient and guided our daughters through the process of flat finding with the utmost care and kind consideration. He went to great lengths to communicate frequently with the girls and offered repeat viewings so that we could follow up when we were in London. Thanks to the courtesy and thoughtfulness which Adam and Peter Woods offered, the right flat was found and all areas of the process were dealt with great efficiency. I cannot recommend Peter Woods highly enough. If you are flat hunting in London this is THE agency to use. Many thanks to Adam, Peter and the team for a very positive experience.

Awful service. Initially the house we moved into was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an end of tenancy standard by the previous tenants. It took a few months of back and forth for them to finally get an appropriate cleaning team in to do an acceptable job. Weve since been sending them emails on a weekly basis regarding damp in our house which was present when we first moved in. My housemate has asthma and the damp severely affects this, but Peter Woods havent done a single thing about it in 6 months. They dodge our emails and just keep us waiting - as is typical with all estate agents once they have your deposit/monthly payments. I would strongly advise against using them as an agent because they seem to be inept at sorting the most important of things like fixing the electrics (we had lights flickering throughout the entire house for months)
