I don't often leave reviews, but I have to warn everyone about the despicable practices of this cowboy company. Their website is a joke, the staff are rude, and more importantly they are THEIVES. They take your money, promise goods and services, then they STEAL a 59 fee from you and try to deny you a refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Zero stars. Update - a bunch of liars running a fraudulent operation based on PCR test lies accuse their own customers of fraud to deflect from their own outrageous lies! We will see in the long term if just refunding money you stole would have been more profitable than messing with me.

Friendly staff. Had to come for my pre-departure test. Unfortunately came back positive but results came quick which gave me enough time to book a alternate quarantine arrangement and postpone my return flight home
