Came here a while ago to see Dr. Nicola Clayton about a skin problem I was having with a recurring cysts on my chest. This was extremely painful and often getting red and inflamed. I was told that there is nothing they can do about it and all they could do was some steroid injections, but this would help in the long term. It felt like I was just being turned away. I felt quite upset about this response but just moved on as I thought there was nothing else they could do. Recently I have had the same issue on my neck and through the NHS they have organised to drain it and to arrange an appointment to get the cyst removed. The situation has just left me feeling a bit frustrated by the fact that a private practice basically ignored me when they could have definitely done more but its like they didnt even care.

I came here last month when I was feeling really unwell. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I was able to be seen quickly and my illness was dealt with efficiently. Will be coming back if needed in the future!

I have been seeing Dr Nicola Clayton about alopecia areata. She is professional, compassionate and effective. I recommend her unreservedly and consider her to be a leading expert in the condition as well as a lovely person who considers the emotional aspects of a skin condition as well as the physical

Appointment to check my child on antibodies. Was quoted the price for the test, was fine with the $$$ price. Doctor said there was no reason to test her as her lungs were clear and it didn't matter if she had it, she could get it again. Stethoscoped her. Entry into and out of room, less than 5 minutes. Then we were charged exactly the same amount as taking blood, sending to lab, doing the lab work and giving us the result. Won't be using again.
