I've just recently rented through this agency I have found them very good in terms off find a place and sorting through all the checks and getting me into the property woth out any issues. Communication and response time was very helpful and I found Abbas very easy to work with.

As a tenant I had a really good experience dealing with TLC. They were really responsive when we needed any fixings to be done in the flat and very supportive when we had questions about anything. Abbas, the lettings manager was extremely kind and professional so I am more than happy to recommend him and the company.
