The best ever experience in London. I have probably dealt with all agents in West London, when hunting for a property or as a landlord. Igor Simonov and his team recently helped me find a tenant. He came highly recommended by members of my family who are tenants in a property he managed. They were the closest, in terms of the pricing they suggested, to the price at which offers were made- very knowledgeable, balanced. Igor redefined the meaning of "going the last mile". The way they helped with all the issues up until the tenants' check-in was simply unbelievable. I have never experienced anything similar. I absolutely loved their balance, which fit so much my aspiration of being a certain kind of landlord

I have dealt with estate agents before and I have to say that Igor and his team really take the cookie with the cherry!. They were very professional, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. After a long, painful relationship with another agent, Carter Jonas in Fulham Palace Road were a breath of fresh air! Always contactable (even on weekends/bank holidays much to my surprise!), honest (which is a rarity in this game), friendly, with the right level of enthusiasm, professional, easy to talk to and upfront. As a Landlord it is so iimportant to have continuity, I got to know the whole team who were always a delight, happy to answer any questions, quick to respond and most importantly trustworthy. I never felt they were spining a yarn! I'm so happy to be working with Igor, Ana and Zoltan - they have found me lovely tenants so I am a very happy landlord. I really cannot recommend highly enough!
