Worst agency to deal with. Poor communication. And little to no guidance in the process of both renting and moving out. Would never use again. And most definitely not recommend.

AVOID! Worst property management company in London. Ignores emails and never answer calls from tenants, shoddy repairs, breached terms of agreements and contracts.

Never answer the phones and never call back! Portico is the worst lettings agents I have ever dealth with. I have even tried calling other branches and numbers and no one ever answers. AVOID!!!!!

Extremely negative experience as a tenant, avoid. No respect for privacy, and impossible to get hold of when you need something, but you get harassed when they want to do viewings. Holly Pearson in particular was rude and unhelpful. Took 4 months to get our deposit back, they just ignored our emails until we used TDS to get it back

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Portico Fulham Estate & Letting Agents have been appauling in dealing with refunding my deposit which is now 2 months overdue. I have rang them they dont pick up the telephones dont reply to emails even those the landlord has signed it off. When it came to letting out the property they say all the nice things you want to hear. Once the deposit is handed over & contract signed the service goes downhill you really get to see these amateurs get to work. We had problems with the front door lock, the boiler breaking down leaking taps. It was easier for me to just ring local tradesman to come out to do the jobs money I had to fork out my own pocket. I would Ring the agency it would be days before they got back to us. As I was tied into a contract your hands are tied behind your back with these guys.
