Greycoat Lumleys

I am a nanny and have recently started a new post which I found through Greycoat Lumleys Edinburgh branch. I found the team there to be extremely supportive, helpful and on the ball with any queries or questions I had during my interviewing process. During this recent job search I actually only had the one family I interviewed for and although some of that was luck, being right place and time etc, I also feel that I was matched up well and sent out to an interview for a job that would potentially be a really good fit. Nicola, who I dealt with mostly, was always warm and approachable and feel the aftercare already received and also offered going forward, if any issues arise now that I have started the job, is 100% there if required. I will definately stay in touch with Nicola and wouldn't hesitate to use Greycoats again in the future.

They obtained my details illegally and cold contacted me without my permission, of course. avoid as a plague as they clearly don't know what GDPR and personal data protections in UK are

Venue easy to find, spacious coffee shop, no office to speak of : 2 people interviewed me & I signed a load of paperwork with 20 years worth of referees for them to contact (which they did) sent on an interview for a role that probably wasnt for me but so far I havent had any feedback even after 3 emails & 3 calls : just your typically poorly run recruitment agencies are easy to find & this is one of them
